VP Product Management
תיאור משרה
Lead the Product Management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Determine product needs, articulate our products’ vision & prioritize efforts by working with others.
Cultivate a strong partnership with Engineering and QA to champion agile methodologies while ensuring the highest standards.
Be extremely hands-on in writing and reviewing product requirements and documentation, "dogfooding" and contributing to technical design reviews.
Lead product planning, crafting a data-driven, outcome-focused roadmap that aligns with company strategy.
Improve and monitor product KPIs to ensure our software's outstanding performance in a variety of environments and with many types of hardware.
דרישות התפקיד
6+ years of B2B product management experience in a successful software company (startups - a big advantage).
4+ years of experience managing a team of product managers.
A professional software engineer or similar background is highly preferred, with an MSc or BSc in computer science or electrical engineering being a plus.
Technical experience from one or more of the following domains : Video Streaming, Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, Cellular Networks, Embedded Applications, Robotics, or Automotive Applications.
Previous and successful experience managing or contributing to RFI and RFP responses.
A strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle.
Fluent proficiency in English.
Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Willingness to travel internationally at least once every quarter.
